For Now, the "Quartet" says "No" to Palestinian State Recognition.

Don't hold your breath -- this is likely not permanent. Basically, they're (U.N., U.S., EU, and Russia) saying "in light of the developments in Egypt, the two sides -- Israel and the Palestinians -- must get back to negotiations right away. Time is precious. Really!!!!????
