White House Says B.O. to call Britain, France over Libya -- but when?

Meanwhile report indicates over 2,000 are believed killed so far in Libya over recent events. White House still being careful not to actually talk of Gaddafi directly -- after all, we can't mention good friends negatively since they gave us oil all these years, even if they've come out of the closet as evil people. But then I'm not a politician. Thank God for that.
