The WEST has failed big time in Afghanistan when this still happens.

When I read stuff like this it makes me sick that for all these years the West has led a "half-hearted" initiative in Afghanistan and many of our soldiers may have died in vain. All because we didn't have the guts to go in with full capacity. And we're leaving the same way.

I hope you're happy with these results Pot-US!

More Reason Not to Trust Pakistan on Taliban

This is a pretty detailed account -- especially when you get down to the part about American drones. When they didn't include Pakistan in advance notices, they started hitting their targets. When they did, the target wasn't there any longer for the drones to hit. Interesting. Do you really think there's a rat in the group?

We Told You Some Time Ago It Was a Bad Relationship, Now AlJazeera Agrees.

Of course, consider the source -- it is after all AlJazeera but hey they're good at what they do. This is a pretty detailed and well thought out analysis of the situation. It may even be a pretty fair one. (After all, they do agree with me in general. Just kidding. I was lucky.)

The fact remains the situation remains very tenuous and will continue to be so. When something big and serious happens, the divorce will be recognized officially. The fallout from that may be a lot worse than living in the same house and sleeping in different beds as the writer indicates.

What Drives These "Trainers"? Is it a Religion? or Peace?

This is insanity and inhuman. The proponents of this activity have no value for life especially that of children. Yet the rest of the world tip-toes ever so carefully not to offend anyone involved. Isn't it time for some clear thinking on this whole thing? Not to mention some serious action that will make a difference. Let's stop retreating. Please share this with all you feel would find it beneficial.

In Taliban Country, there must be many without "sin" . . . Ghastly BBC video

As you watch this video, courtesy of the BBC report, be prepared to get angry. If you don't, then I don't know what will make you angry for a good cause. Especially at the end of the video, those of you who have a knowledge of some of the New Testament stories -- "let him who is without sin, cast the first stone" -- will see some resemblance to what happened here. Clearly, there were many present who felt they were without sin.

You should also be caused to think about why allies are in Afghanistan. Can we make a difference? Should we try? These are difficult questions.

Then there is the issue of religion and how the Taliban interpret it. Listen carefully for those remarks.

I don't know about you, but as I watch, I am more resolved than ever to share the true hope and love of Jesus Christ to individuals that God brings my way. You may just be one of them. Take a look at this rare footage, but be ware -- there are some very disturbing scenes.

Who's Killing Who Now? Let Me Know if YOU Can Figure It Out.

The tragic situation continues. If I have this right -- Taliban are upset the U.S. is using drone attacks and so they murder Muslim policemen as a protest. Is there something wrong with this picture? Or is it me? Take a look and consider the maze of ideologies and barriers that have to be overcome to even begin to resolve these problems.
