Oh How the Plot Thickens -- What is Prison? What is Security?

If it weren't so sad, you'd have to laugh at the situation the United States has created for itself.  I am not sure what is right in this particular case but gee whiz -- this is a mess.   Different levels of government arguing with each other and prisoners suing over having to expose their heads and faces.  Just where does one's religion over-ride the needs for full identification in a holding cell?   Given the laws the country has passed, this prisoner may be in the right.  Tell us what you think.
