Do Americans Know U.S. Planes Being Used in Battle between Kenya & Somalian rebels?

Here are the details right from Nairobi, Kenya, today. Not sure if this has hit the American press yet.

Help the Libyan Rebels Yes, But Not at the Expense of Israel. Guess who's getting Libyan arms -- cheap?

There's a fire sale on Libyan firearms. No sooner are the rebels turning them in and the NTC is selling the arms to Gaza militants, according to a respectable Reuters report. I mean, after all, a country has got to do what a country has got to do to get rid of its military arms, don't you think?

This is a gap in the post-revolution that neither the U.S. nor Nato even thought of closing. Maybe this particular Arab Spring is indeed, as Michael Coren suggested elsewhere, turning into a "Nuclear winter" -- well, at least a "Firearms warmer winter."

The funny thing about all of this is that the Palestinians keep saying "we want peace" and "let's talk".  Sooner or later, we'll learn to discriminate between "people, their leaders, and what their leaders say."

In Egypt: Oust A Bad Leader, Get A Regime that Hates Jews and Christians.

I don't really want to comment much on this as there are no words that can explain how the West has failed non-Islamic minorities in the countries that have experienced the Arab Spring.  I am sure there was a way for Mr. B.O. and his allies to have accomplished their desire to help the rebels without such help crippling and ultimately annihilating the minorities in those countries.

If they supported the rebels, because they believed in democracy, they need to ensure that what replaces the old rulers is not a regime that is totally intolerant of peace-loving minorities.

Take a look at the attached article through the link below and judge for yourself.  I'd appreciate your views.

The Gutless U.S. & U.K. Will support their cause, but not "recognize" Libyan Rebels

How 'wishy-washy' can you get? The U.K. and Obamaland is absent from the list of countries that have formally recognized Libya's rebels. Why? It's okay to shoot at the rebels' enemy, but not to recognize those you are fighting for.   Is there any wonder with these two heavily involved in this half-hearted way that it is taking so long to get Gadhafi?

But then again, B.O. has not received the required formal Congress authority to go into Libya, so maybe he's just covering his "derriere". Oh, if he could only see what a hypocrite he is. Oh well, let's hope the people see it in 2012.

Take a look at who has recognized the rebels.

As strange as that headline sounds, it's true. This article in this link will paint the picture for you. This is not a simple war at all.
