American Hotels Silencing the Wrong Speakers

For the second time in a week, a U.S. hotel has canceled an agreement to host an event on radical Islam's threat to America's freedoms.  They didn't like two of the conservative speakers.  But in reality they too got pressured by pro-Islamic groups.  You can read about the details.

All I want to point out is that we are becoming more and more run by fear.  We're silencing the wrong people in North America and the Free World.  We all know how we feel but we're too polite to stand up for what we believe.  We expect others to do it.   Well, folks, you are the "others".   I don't support the Occupy Wall Street movement, but even they have something going for them.   They're a force to be reckoned with.   Those of us who see the "Coming Storm" after the "Arab Spring" are staying silent and in silos.   We will pay the price and get what we deserve.

Obama as Social(ist) Organizer -- He's Strong Suit.

When the White House starts saying that Obama is Fighting for the "99%" -- they're signaling their support of the Occupy Wall Street movement. Of course, those of us who know all about what Obama did and who he was prior to running for the White House, don't find that very surprising at all. In fact, we wonder what took him so long.

But hey never mind doing the right thing, and why worry about the 1% when the 99% by definition can deliver more votes. After all, isn't that what it is all about for this man?

Some of us follow another leader that didn't neglect the 99, but cared a lot for the 1 as well. (You may remember the story of the Lost Sheep.) Thank God for that.

And far as Obama goes, he didn't even have to work hard to "organize this group".  George Soros and Warren Buffet did it all for him.
