Some 'states' lead the 'U'nited 'S'tates.

The Bible talks about children getting it and leading the way in the future. (Deuteronomy 1:39) But it never mentioned that mere states (there are at least nine of them) will be leading the way in what could and perhaps should be done in the United States of America -- doing what B.O. is not willing to even consider. Is this all show or will one of these states succeed in pulling the plug? How can things get so bad on one piece of legislation? How could the framers get it so wrong? Is ramming laws into existence the only hope for an unpopular decision? It must be.
