Some 'states' lead the 'U'nited 'S'tates.

The Bible talks about children getting it and leading the way in the future. (Deuteronomy 1:39) But it never mentioned that mere states (there are at least nine of them) will be leading the way in what could and perhaps should be done in the United States of America -- doing what B.O. is not willing to even consider.
