They want us to ask a child, "Which gender pronoun do you prefer we use for you?" Coming to California and then to your school.

"Gender liberation" is now the new push for the GLBT agenda. It claims we MUST 'liberate' children from unnecessary 'stereotypes'. God must have made a mistake when He (dare I say) made us male and female.

And while we're at it, let's designate restrooms (in schools?) as "gender neutral". And they're doing it all in the name of . . . wait for it, . . . ah yes, the old, "let's be more tolerant of differences" rationale.

Here are the details of what gave rise to this blog. . .

Famous Crystal Cathedral: Who's Buying It Now?

Another big real estate deal is closed.   The chapter is finally coming to an end on the Crystal Cathedral where Robert Schuller and family became rich.  (If you sense any strong distaste -- hey, you're good.) Here's the finale for the famous building that hosted the "Hour of Power". Maybe what it needed more than that was a "Day of Prayer" led by its pastors.

I actually did visit it once and heard the famous doctor.  I remember him in his robes stretching out his arms and saying, as he waved them up and down, "we were meant to be free like birds".  I did not consider that a very deep theological statement but it was the highlight of his sermon that day.  I never bothered to hear him again.  One of my better decisions as it turns out.

Anyway, the Catholic Church is buying it.  I'm not Catholic but somehow I have this funny feeling they'll put it to much better use.  Here are the details.

Can Any Religious Freedom for Jews or Christians Come Out of California? Surprisingly, Yes!

I can't believe it. More good news out of the U.S. and this time from California. Take a look at the details.

The significance behind this is that "religious freedom" still is alive and well in America, unlike a few other countries we could all name. Thank you God for our freedom to obey you as some God-loving Jews, and others, desire to do in this matter.

Californians Banned From Studying Bible in Home -- This is Outrageous.

Chances are you won't hear much about this on CNN, so try to catch it here. This is out and out craziness -- all working towards thwarting and ultimately preventing people from being Christians. Yes, we're still a long way off. But jut how far? Take a look at this. And do something now.

The issue for me is this: I understand the need for a permit if one is running a church at home.  But having an "informal" bible study or even one that is made up of church people (that are registered elsewhere) should not be included.  Prayer in the home will be banned next if this trend continues.   Another issue to consider is this:  what does this mean for the future of the "house church movement"?

Calif. Law Requires Textbooks to Describe GBLT Contributions

Please someone help me out here.  On the one-hand they want us to think of GBLTs are perfectly okay and part of the general populace.  On the other they want special treatment in our educational institutions, history, and textbooks.  Say again.

I think we should have listed in all textbooks, the contributions of tall people, short people, obese people, blind people, physically handicapped people, and so on.  I thought people were people when it comes to accomplishments and contributions.  Otherwise, we're going to have competitions.  The straight scientists contributed the following cures to the diseases suffered by Californians and the GBLT scientists contributed these.  Come on folks.  How blind and stupid can we be?   This is ridiculous -- but then again people with an agenda usually are.

I hope Governor Brown will veto this stupidity.  And the rest of you say what?

CALIFORNIA PARENTS -- FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR CHILDREN -- STOP THIS LEGISLATION

THINGS are really heating up in the California legislature as this bill goes forward. The live and let live philosophy adopted by most heterosexuals in the country is creating a situation that will eventually come back to harm our society, if it hasn't already.

If you go to church in California, where's your church and your pastoral staff on this? And what are they doing about it? Or are we all just too worried about loosing our privilege of claiming tax credits for our charitable donations?

Come on people, mankind is burning in many ways -- we can't just go on living and letting others do their thing -- it's too small a world. We will be impacted.

County clerk launches defense of Prop 8 traditional marriage

This article brings you up to date on what is going on in the political and GLBT and religious forums of the United States. It shows you how corrupt and blind people can be to laws and how they misuse their positions to bring about the change they want -- check out what U.S. District Court judge, Vaugh Walker, an open homosexual, does and says about this situation.

This is an excellent example of how the legal and political system in the U.S. is broken and will bring the people into total captivity by others who see the failure and step in to rule. Of course, it is broken because they have lost their Morality Compass.

Take a look at the mess, have a good laugh, get down on your knees and pray, and pass this blog on to others who may do likewise.

He Says It's About Fighting Bullying, But It's Not. . . .

This openly alternative lifestyle Senator of California is now pushing for a law that will requires students to basically honor "lesbian" role models. I'm going to be as fair as I can on this one. First you read what he says about his bill from his website. Check it out and see what it's really all about.

Then go to the second link below and is what some others think of it. Thank you be the judge and by the way, when it hits your state, don't say we didn't tell you.

I'm all for protecting all people, but not by promoting what they do when it is totally counter to what God says in His word. Love them, yes, (and we need to keep working on that), but there's a big difference between loving and condoning one's activities. I won't go any further.
