Interesting how there were so many attempts just prior to B.O.'s run at the White House about changing the requirement concerning "natural-born citizen"?   Do you think there just might have been a connection if though one or two of the eight attempts was driven by Republicans?  There's a good possibility.

This May Back Up B.O.'s Birthplace, BUT . . .

Okay, this is now coming out of 'msnbc' and we know where they stand. Still there are some good points made in the argument in favor of B.O. being born in Hawaii. The article adds new information indicating that what B.O. has and what he showed is all that anyone gets. It goes on to state that no one gets the original birth certificate, only information from it. B.O. can go and see it but he can't have it, and I assume he can take others with him to see it (but he hasn't taken any challengers with him).

But here are some questions of my own, assuming that he was born in Hawaii:

1. The official says she knows the doctor's name, but no one has released it.  Is the doctor still alive?
2. The article says it's against the law to release one's original birth certificate as it's a department of health record.  That's stupid, isn't it -- why call it a "birth certificate" then?  A certificate is something that the owner uses to prove something.  Like as in I have a 65 wpm certificate in typing.   And don't tell me the President of the U.S. could not find ways to release it if he really wanted to.
3. If all this is true, why is it that B.O. has spent about $2m defending his right not to show it or produce it?

Sorry, but as true as it may be -- it doesn't smell or taste or look like "truth" and nothing that this article has added, makes it "truth".   The "truth" in this case, now that B.O. has made such a fuss about hiding it, will only be known when the real original "birth certificate" is made pubic if not to everyone, at least to the media that questions it -- including FoxNews and WND.

Hopefully This Nightmare Will End in 2012 -- then no one will care where B.O. comes from.

This situation continues to get worse and worse. The evidence is piling up to show there's a cover-up at some level, on some issues. That in itself says there's something rotten in the state of the White House. I'm just hoping the 2012 election will put an end to all this.

Outrageous Story of Hawaii Wanting To Make Money From B.O.'s Birth Certificate

It won't be the real thing by their own admission, but if this Democratic Representative and his co-sponsors have their way, the American people can each pay $100 to see a certified facsimile of the President's birth certificate. Has America or more correctly American leftist and liberal politicians gone out of their mind? And they admit, it's all for the dollar. The very idea is enough to turn one's stomach.

State Continues to Push for Laws Upholding Constitution on Eligibility of Presidents

It will be some time before you see this in the mainstream media, especially with B.O.'s popularity running well after the Tucson event and now the State of the Union Address.  But states like Arizona don't get duped easily.  They are pushing for a state law that forces proof of eligibility for any future President.  That's a good start.  This could be a "game changer" as WND suggests.

The sadness comes in that this still does nothing about the current situation that is also being ignored.  I wonder how many foreign powers are asking themselves the same question about B.O.?   I wonder how that impacts how they view him and the U.S.?   Is America possibly feeling the impact of this controversy that won't go away because -- well, maybe, because there's something there.  Just thinking.

When You're a Liberal, You Can Continue Defying a Law or Rule While Appealing Ban To Do So

Maybe it's not just liberals, maybe it is everybody -- but it sure seems odd that one can break a rule or a legitimate requirement, be stopped, and then claim he can't be stopped, lose the claim, then appeal, and ask that he not be stopped during the appeal.   That's amazing in itself.  And that's exactly what the Illinois Supreme Court has done for Mr. Emanuel, the former chief of staff for B.O., who now wants to run for mayor of Chicago but who does not qualify because he didn't live in Chicago last year.  The supreme court of the state has ordered the Chicago election people to print the ballots with his name on them until this is settled.

Maybe the rule is simply there because one needs to be intimately familiar with what's going in Chicago right now or recently before he tries to lead Chicago.  I think that's a good rule.

Anyway, I don't know all the pros and cons of this from a legal perspective, but I do know that if you or I wanted to break a condition that has stood the test of time, we simply couldn't just say "let us keep violating the rule" while our Appeal is heard.

Let me give you an example (which I know will be criticized by the opposition as most examples are criticized by any opposed to the point being made).  Let us suppose that a university had a club (I don't know what you call a club that is compliant with all the laws of the land -- it does not discriminate against sex, age, sexual preference, religion, etc.).   Anyway, this club has one key criteria for membership: members must have taken a full degree program and graduated from that university.  So, I come along and I argue that I took 51% of my graduate degree at that university, so I want to be a member of that club and furthermore, I want to run in the upcoming elections which allow any member, even though they have been a member only one day, to run.  The local powers say "no" -- 51% does not equal 100% and you can't join.  The University supports the findings.  I appeal.  But now the appeals court says, I may well be a member until they rule otherwise, and I can run for office -- so please print the club's ballots accordingly.   What's that you say?   How absurd!   You got it.   Welcome to America run by the liberals and the leftists -- courts making decisions that won't upset the "elite" and their friends in higher office.

And you think Christianity and the Jewish people really have a chance?  Just saying.

Concern Won't Go Away & Certificate Won't Appear -- Here's Why

I wake up this morning and what do I find. Piles of new articles on the latest developments. First, here's an article (which you likely won't see on the mainstream media) from WND which shows the affidavit signed by a senior elections clerk that he was told by his supervisors there is no long-form birth certificate for B.O. and that the two hospitals where he could have been born (if he was born in Hawaii) have absolutely no record of his birth. It is well worth reading and pretty strong evidence that at least should be pursued.  But then you really need to see this next blog.  The author spells it out beautifully and talks about the whole thing as "a piece of paper" only -- but what a piece of paper.  This is a must read.

There are many in this world that believe things happen because someone involved hasn't been totally honest about something in his/her past.  I'm not prepared to go that far, but there may be some merit in such an argument.   But read these documents and you decide whether or not the U.S. has a legitimate President in place.

Problem Remains: Why No one Can't Find or Produce the Long-Form Birth Certificate of B.O.

The issue may no longer be where B.O. was born for the majority of Americans, but rather why can't a Governor of Hawaii confirm he has actually found and seen the required long-form certificate of B.O.'s birth, and once he does, why won't he or anyone else produce it? (Really, why won't B.O. insist on it being produced?) If we can't answer those questions positively -- the governor found it, he has produced it, or B.O. publicly asks for it to be produced -- then there's a problem that smells like a cover-up, not to mention that it (the long-form) does not exist.

The interesting thing is that more of the mainline media is now picking up the story.

Is America being ruled by an illegitimate president? If so, things are much worse than they appear and they appear pretty bad.

Latest on the Birther Issue -- And It's Not Good

Here's the latest on B.O.'s birth certificate issue. The Governor of Hawaii himself cannot find the long-form record of B.O.'s birth. And furthermore, he admits that this may not be helpful to B.O. in his second term election bid. I'm sure someoen will play it for all its worth.

I think we're now at a point where it really doesn't matter whether he is or he isn't. Two things do matter: first, that no one checked it out that he was eligible; and secondly, the only evidence put forth is not sufficient and technically could be brought about by means that did not stem from a legitimate birth of a person that would qualify him to be the President of the United States. Someone screwed up royally.
