Obama not only messing America up, he's messing up the entire African continent.

It's funny that this administration generally has a "pull-out" or "pull-back" strategy when it comes to help nations fight dictatorships or regimes that are against human rights, but when it comes to promoting global gay rights, Mr. Obama wants America (or at least American money) to be right there front and center, controlling everything.  I at least I think that's odd.

But maybe not so, if one knows Obama's true agenda.  Anyway, read this fair and balanced account from that stalwart of magazines, The Atlantic, and judge for yourself.

Tolerance - Yes. Forced gay-straight clubs - No.

It's not only gays that get bullied in our schools. Jews do. Many immigrants do. Christians do.

The answer to the problem is not forced "mixed" clubs such as the premier of Ontario suggests. It's something called "respect for all" as part of proper character formation.

The author of the link below suggests the premier is doing the bullying in this case.

Presidential Memorandum -- Why Obama's too busy to fix the Economy.

I could not believe what I was reading on the official White House website. If this is what Obama focuses on and spends his time doing -- then no wonder the U.S. is in the mess it is in.

The Toronto Star reported on December 7th that "The United States will begin using foreign aid to promote gay rights abroad. . . . The move could irritate relations with allies that ban homosexuality, such as Saudi Arabia."

Admittedly, the move comes on the heels of Uganda reopened debate on a bill that outlaws homosexuality in Uganda. But seriously, folks, surely to goodness the Pot-US has bigger fish to fry right now -- or does he? Take a look.

Obama Fears Disrupting Relations with the Saudis, Compromises His Principles and Does Not Grant Asylum to Gay Saudi.

Amazing. What I am about to say is not to say is not to be taken as me being supportive of homosexual practices, so please don't bother going there. I am supportive and caring about those that are homosexuals. But this blog is not about that either. Here is what it is about and this is more scary.

The Obama administration is clearly prepared to compromise its own principles when it comes to providing asylum for all who deserve it under the legal defined criteria, and that includes gays, EXCEPT when that gay may be a Saudi. The Obama administration says "no" because that would not go over well with the Saudi state and their relations with the US. I mean if this isn't a case of "oil over principles" for one's own personal benefit (think re-election 2012), I don't know what it. Take a look. But more importantly, consider this man in the White House who would indeed likely sell his own grandmother if it meant getting what he wants for his own reasons and gains. Let me ask you this: Why on earth would anyone want this man for their President?

The Economic & Other Harms of Same-Sex Marriage Legislation

An excellent piece of writing by Kevin J. Jones in the CNA Newsletter recently on what the implications of gay-marriage legislation have been, are, and will continue to be in our society. The impacts are serious and costly, in more ways than one. Take a look and pass this one to those that may find it interesting.

Bottom line question is: Are you one of the 10% that will stand up to this to the extent that you get an opportunity to do so?

Heat is Increased: Anti-Christian lobbies convince PayPal to Investigate Ministries that oppose Homosexuality

If we don't think there's a concerted effort, orchestrated by the Enemy, to get Christians to "shut up" on homosexuality, abortion, etc., then we just are not paying attention to what's going on time and time again.  Again, chances are you won't hear this on CNN.  Unless of course, Anderson Cooper will come with some lame excuse to try "Keeping them honest" (the name of his special feature which usually interprets as let's find Christians and conservatives and nail them on any error they make).

Again, Christians need to somehow keep getting it out there in public that they love people who are homosexuals, but oppose homosexual practices as being anti-God.   Why is that so hard for people to accept?   Surely, if Obama can expect Republicans and Democrats to work together when they have such incredible philosophical differences, Christians and the GLBT can live in harmony disagreeing on each other's philosophy.   But that takes both sides to respect each other as people and not to demonize each other's character.  As Christians collectively, we have a long way to go here in 'turning the other cheek'.

Take a look at the attached and share your views on this blog.  We'd love to hear from you.

"I Don't Hate Anyone" -- This man did the Research and then took the words right out of my mouth.

Kelly Boggs writes one of the most definitive articles representing the Christian perspective of the homosexuality issue that I have ever read. You owe it to yourself to read it and know about it. Grap the data that's in there and use it. Then pass it on to your friends, relatives, and those that are giving you a hard time about it. Then share your thoughts with us here.

He correctly points out that it's not about people, it's about behavior, it's about what we believe to be sin.  Let me add that we're tired of having the gay agenda pushed down our throats (sorry about that) in a way that tries to make us somehow feel inhuman, unchristian, and crazy if we don't embrace it.  Boggs shares official numbers of gays in the population -- so different from what the media would have you think because the attention they get is fifty times more than they deserve based on numbers and way out of proportion.  Just trying listening to CNN or the CBC one 24-hour day and not have to hear about a gay issue.  You'll die waiting for such a day.  And maybe of course, that's exactly their goal.

Having Children After I'm Gone . . .

Today, one of my friend's asked the following question on his Twitter account:  "Should men be allowed to father children after they're dead?"  It was indeed the headline of an e-article from Headland e-zine, Time's attempt to promote a healthy balance between body, mind, and spirit (the last of which the people at Time know so little about).

Nevertheless, the article raises some interesting issues and circumstances.  At the very least it gave me an opportunity to think about all of this and what's happening now and can potentially happen in this field of "fertility-treatment" innovations.

First of all, let me state clearly that I have no issue (no pun intended) with the efforts of married couples getting ethical, moral, medical assistance to have a child.  Secondly, I have no problem with a woman having a child who following being impregnated by her husband, the husband dies during the period of his wife's pregnancy.

The problem arises when we use science to assist a woman in conceiving a child at a time after her husband's death with her husband's sperm.

Recently, according to the article, Australia allowed a woman to use her dead husband's sperm for in-vitro fertilization.  Grandparents in Israel want to use their dead son's sperm to have a grandchild conceived (not sure who the 'mother' will be).  And in California, a woman is three months away from delivering her husband's child even though he had "died not long beore she got pregnant".  Clearly the interest is there for men having children long after they're dead.

Should a soldier prior to undertaking a dangerous mission freeze his sperm so that his wife can have a child if he died?  What about someone with cancer?

There are also issues of what goes on the birth certificate as the "name of the father" in the case where the child is born to a woman who subsequently marries another man before she gives birth to a child using her previous husband's sperm?  What if she marries into a lesbian relationship?  What if the mother is indeed the 'grandmother' as is possible in the Israeli case -- is the father then her son?  (Will  the child grow up thinking -- "my mom's my grandmother and my dad's her son -- or is it my brother?"  [In actuality, this set of grandparents are seeking to use a surrogate younger mother for the child, so that's a slight relief.]  Nevertheless, I think children are already confused enough in our society.

The thinking that some of these people have in pursue some of their own personal desires to have such a child is interesting.  In the case of the Israeli grandparents, they argue "if we can donate our sons organs to someone else, why can't we use his sperm?"  Tough question.  But there's an answer.

In another case, an Australian woman in pursuing the use of her dead husband's sperm, said her husband "would be so happy. . .. We're going to have our baby."  Sorry, not so simple.  I'll explain below.

Here are my objections.  In spite of the great efforts of the liberals in the world today, the research still shows that the optimum environment for a child to grow up and become a healthy and contributing citizen to society is that of his/her father and mother living together as a single family unit.  Though GLBT lobby groups may try to convince us otherwise, the Creator's design for family and children is still the best.

I do understand that in some circumstances, a father may die during the course of his wife's pregnancy.  That is a matter of 'fate' or 'destiny' and not a matter of choice.  In those circumstances, God's plan for the child is that the woman's family along with the family of the deceased man, would come to the rescue, and in their absence the community (especially the church) would do all it could to support that child in its upbringing.  Finally, in some cases the mother may remarry and hopefully the new 'dad' will care and love that child as his own.  But again, I repeat, the deployment of such a plan is not a "choice", it is something we have to do once the father of the child dies.  This is also true if the father dies after the chid's birth as it is if he dies before.

But neither is that my main objection.  My main concerns with the thinking above are as follows.  Let's not kid ourselves as to why someone is seeking to be conceived with a child after the sperm's contributor has died.  Contrary to the sentiment of "my husband would be so happy" as indicated above, I believe that while he may have wanted a child with his wife, most men who really think about the future life of their son/daughter without him around, likely would not.  And let's not forget, he's dead, so are we really having this child for him?  Contrary to the thought that "we're having our baby" -- no, "you as in plural" are not having "your" baby.  You, the wife may be having a baby.  And furthermore, this new 'baby' that you bring into the world is not even going to know his/her father and when he/she grows up -- he/she, if they're at all a 'thinker' will realize that their father didn't even really know of their actual existence.  How reassuring is that for a child in this crazy world today?

And what about those parents that ask, "if we can donate our son's organs to others, why can't we use his sperm to have a grandchild?"   Well, the answer takes us back to God's grand design for how and why children should be brought into this world.  And with your son's death, the program changes.

I don't know about you, but I believe and have proven to myself that children and grandchildren are indeed a gift of God.  Children in particular are a gift of God to a married couple for the most part.  The reference is in Psalms 127, verses 3,4, and 5.  It says the following:

"Behold, children are a gift of the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward.
"Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one's youth.
"How blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them; They will not be ashamed When they speak with their enemies in the gate."

Not sure if you noticed, but the passage involves both the mother (ref. to the womb) and the living father (a warrior, preferably in his youth -- not after he's dead).  Both are blessed together with this gift.

Thank you, but for all the above reasons plus one more, I'll ask my wife to simply pass on my having any more children after I'm gone.  The biggest reason being the fact that I'm already sixty-three, but don't let that cause you to miss my arguments on this matter.  If nothing else, perhaps I've helped just one person make a decision that fully relies on God to meet all their deep desires in His Own way.

CALIFORNIA PARENTS -- FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR CHILDREN -- STOP THIS LEGISLATION

THINGS are really heating up in the California legislature as this bill goes forward. The live and let live philosophy adopted by most heterosexuals in the country is creating a situation that will eventually come back to harm our society, if it hasn't already.

If you go to church in California, where's your church and your pastoral staff on this? And what are they doing about it? Or are we all just too worried about loosing our privilege of claiming tax credits for our charitable donations?

Come on people, mankind is burning in many ways -- we can't just go on living and letting others do their thing -- it's too small a world. We will be impacted.

Actual footage: Homosexual brainwashing in elementary school! Pt 1/2

Not sure if everyone has the stomach for this. I did not find it easy to watch at all. It's not what they were saying so much (although some of it is definitely not right teaching), but more as to who they are training to brainwash. We're talking programs in American public schools that start in Kindergarten and work their way up. There is a time and a place for everything.

For years we've being saying how powerful "exposure" of anything is. "Exposure" is what all movie stars want because they gain fans and imitators. "Exposure" is what all advertisers want because they get people to buy their products. And "exposure" to homosexuality is what these kids are getting? Can anyone out there really tell me that this will not cause some kids to explore and try out homosexuality more than if they weren't exposed to this? What about the kid that wouldn't have been exposed and in due time falls in love with a person of the opposite sex? (This program doesn't give him or her a chance.) Versus the kid that got exposed to this in kindergarten and then grade one and then grade two and so on -- and he explores homosexuality and goes that way? (This program encourages just that.)

Of course, if you think that's okay, then this program suits you.

And then there's the fact that we know how "influential" our children's teachers are on their young minds and lives. They're their heroes. And now these programs are encouraging teachers (of kindergarten and up) kids to tell them they're gay or lesbian (just watch the end of the first video) and by "not hiding it" they are "better teachers". Really.

American Christians it is time to reclaim your beliefs and your lives and children. Or, failing that -- I have just become a strong advocate of "home-schooling" or private "Christian schools".

Take a look for yourselves and if you want more, stick around at the end of the video and see Part 2 (I couldn't.) Please pass this on with discretion to those that may benefit from it.

County clerk launches defense of Prop 8 traditional marriage

This article brings you up to date on what is going on in the political and GLBT and religious forums of the United States. It shows you how corrupt and blind people can be to laws and how they misuse their positions to bring about the change they want -- check out what U.S. District Court judge, Vaugh Walker, an open homosexual, does and says about this situation.

This is an excellent example of how the legal and political system in the U.S. is broken and will bring the people into total captivity by others who see the failure and step in to rule. Of course, it is broken because they have lost their Morality Compass.

Take a look at the mess, have a good laugh, get down on your knees and pray, and pass this blog on to others who may do likewise.

Did You Really Think It Would End with Repeal of DADT? Not.

The U.S. Government is currently being lobbied for the next move.
