How Does The World Judge & Weigh Moussa Koussa's Good vs. HIs Crimes?

It doesn't -- at least not very well. Man cannot fairly judge such a situation. The man has defected. He has been part of many crimes but he also, according to AlJazeera, done some good -- like talked Gaddafi out of amassing his own weapons of mass destruction and compensating the families of victims impacted by the Lockerbie jet bombing.
