Well, it's happening now -- but hopefully only temporarily. The background to this story is most complex. But the fact remains, not only is the main structure on top of the Temple Mount where the old Jewish Temple was now a Muslim Mosque, but for the first time in history, I believe, we now have a situation due to construction safety that Jews and Christians can't go up there at all. Or is it political safety? Radical Jews have been barred for years of going up, but now all Jews are barred and with them, Christians. Not wise at all.
If you think you're going to Jerusalem to climb the Temple Mount in the next little while, forget it.
