Of course, now with the GOP running the House, the Democrats can blame it all on them. This is one way to get GOP support. But what it really points out is the W.H. has no idea of what to do when on this war. It can't make up its mind as to whether we are "really in" or "on the way out" but just to keep things confusing, let's send in 1,400 more COMBAT (not training) troops. Read on.
