And I'm willing to bet Stephen Harper wears his seat-belt in his chauffer-driven limo because that's the law. Unlike some Head of State out of Washington for whom rumor has it he thinks he's above the law -- at least when it comes to seat-belts and/or the need to show proof of eligibility for entering office.
