#14 -- Ruth 4:13-22 -- God rewards His faithful servants.

We finally made to the end of our study of the book of Ruth. And these last 10 verses are just as exciting as everything that was before. Join us as we learn how the story of Ruth started generations before Ruth was born and continues for us today. Here's the Link: https://youtu.be/uz6Drf0KBPc

It would be great if you would share your thoughts or questions on this blog in the comments section below or on social media.

  1. That was an interesting study from the book of Ruth. Again a demonstration of His ways are higher than our ways. God chose David to come from a prostitute on side of the family and a descendent of a tribe that originated from incest on the other. Then Jesus came through David’s line. We should never judge someone as a) beyond the reach of salvation due to their lifestyle or b) unfit for God’s service because of their or their family’s past history. I can’t wait for your study on Samuel. That book is chock full of unexpected developments and lessons that are both apparent and ones that are beneath the surface. Many of the stories in that book and the following have multiple subplots interwoven with the main ones. I am anxiously awaiting your studies on that.

  2. Bob you are so correct on how we can misjudge as in the case of a) and b) you mention above. May God keep us from doing that. And thank you for your words of encouragement. I too am looking forward to learning from I Samuel. The first part of the Intro is now up. God bless you. Ken.
