Abortion Is Abortion: Even If Nurses Do It Safely in Developing Countries

When you have no absolute morals or a guided by Divine instruction, you often try to solve one problem by creating or ignoring others. Rather than do all in our power to eliminate the need for abortions or unwanted babies, now we are putting our emphasis on just making sure that abortions are safely performed in third world countries. If an abortion is absolutely necessary (we won't go into my own views on when that is here), then by all means a safe abortion is better than a butcher job (I make no apologies for the comparison). Anyway, this link tells what a Nepal study is finding and recommending. Take a look. Like everything else, when there's no moral compass -- some good is mixed in with a whole lot of bad.
