We think we're pretty smart in the West. Not so fast. Here's proof-positive that we're naive and ignorant and much more. And oh, when we try to make out like big international hosts, we need to make sure we control the banquet program. Otherwise we end up with egg on our faces and complete idiots.
Is it any wonder the President didn't mention this event in his SOTU address last night? But here's my real beef. This kind of stupidity and weakness is indicative of America's international position these days. And that does not bode well for its future, or anyone else's in the West for that matter, as a result.
