I happen to believe it is much more -- it is a moral issue that signals "laws don't need to be obeyed"; it is economic issue beyond jobs as in the cost to provide health care and other services including the costs of policing and pretending to pursue such illegal immigrants. It is an issue of morale -- as it defeats the wills of those that want to be legal and who strive hard to get jobs. And it is a political issue. Finally, it will not go away.
