Attacks vs. Muslims Continue in Queens, Long Island

Grim prediction based on what I see happening:

I don't know about you, but as I survey the media reports of events in the U.S., I am seeing more and more attacks on Muslims that are paralleling, but not as severe, as the attacks that terrorist jihadists are carrying out against non-Muslims in other countries. I do not condone any of these actions.

I simply want to point out that we're heading for a situation in the U.S. and North America in general where we will indeed be morphing into two or more religious-political entities, who will exercise continuous attacks against each other and could ultimately lead to civil wars or our own "Springs" of a sort.

I believe this could have been avoided (and perhaps it is still possible). The government needed a much clearer policy and direction on how we welcome immigrants into our countries (both the United States and Canada) and shown by its own leadership -- that we welcome peace-loving groups who accept the co-existence of all faiths together -- but we are dead against the imposition of one's faith intruding into our everyday life especially as it goes against the accepted norms of our historical and current society. Against the latter, we should have stood up more and stopped those who pushed for this from the start.

The current administration is not prepared to do so, preferring instead to see America and with it, the rest of North America, deteriorate into a third-world situation where continuous fighting and regional wars occur.  I pray that God gives some of us the wisdom to deal with this situation.

Here are the details of the story that gave rise to my thinking.
