Just In: Greece confirms it will miss deficit targets

Greece accepts a plan to lay off 30,000 government employees over 3.5 years, but then admits this. It will be interesting to see how the Eurozone and the Troika react. Are we just delaying the unavoidable? Maybe. But there may be method in the madness, though it will be slow and painful -- both for the recipient Greece and the donors.
