Two Rules: Don't Talk on Your Cell Phone While Driving And Don't Lie To The Police

More proof we need stronger not weaker laws and enforcement of "no hand-held cell phones while driving. This is a sad ending.

Of course, the problem is that most people think they won't get caught. In Toronto, we see drivers using handhelds all the time -- including dialing with their thumbs and texting with two hands while steering with their elbows. Nice, but deadly.

I'd support any measure that governments and police take to eliminate this misuse. If it isn't alcohol that kills people in crashes, it's phones. I'm looking for more ideas on how to enforce this or stronger laws.
