Who's Hiding the $2 Trillion of the White House Budget?

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) says that B.O.'s budget plan woul produce deficits of $9.5 trillion over the next decade, the nonpartisan CBO said Friday -- more than $2 trillion higher than White House estimates, according to The Washington Post.
