ObamaCare: Why has B.O. allowed 733 waivers to Corps. and Unions only

It's amazing how B.O. can decide who has to follow the law and who can be exempt from it (after the fact). THEREIN lies the biggest danger with this law. If it's unconstitutional for some, why not for all, especially individuals? But then again Corporations and Unions carry more votes.
