"Quick 911, Send An Ambulance." "What do you mean what kind?"

I recognize the need, but I am not liking what it says about our society. I have traveled in Europe, Aurstralia, New Zealand, and to some extent in Africa. I didn't see any enormously hugely (extra unnecessary emphasis added) obese people. But I see them regularly in Canada, and more so, as I travel to the U.S. south. Somebody needs to get serious about this before the majority of our population needs these things. Okay, I'm exaggerating -- but we need to get someone's attention. Take a look.
