The People Have Spoken ON Debt, But Is It Doable

The U.S. can and must cut its debt -- the people (71% of them) say so. But the cut will have to come at a cost -- a cost of services. Will the powers that be, be able to agree on those cuts?  And if they do, how will the people react? It's a tough game that has to be played in Washington this year.
