Is Canada the Next 'major area of emphasis'?

Al-Qaida has found it so easy to get into the U.S. these days, that they figure they needed a bigger challenge -- Canada. Okay, I'm trying to get your attention, but now that I have take a look at this article from the Winnipeg Free Press. (For our American readers, that's in Manitoba, about the geographic east-west part of Canada.) It suggests that the training has and is going on and the plans are to use it well in Canada soon. Be aware.
