The Details on the Obamacare Unconstitutional Ruling and What Happens Next

There is a very good chance this "prize" of B.O.'s will end up in the Supreme Court of the United States. I am not prepared to predict how that would go. But I'm not holding my breath that the people represented by over 50% of the States of the United States would win. B.O. does have friends in higher places.

But you know at this point, I really don't care any more. In one sense, it does not matter. What matters here is that we have a piece of legislation rammed through in an unconventional manner and over 50% of the subordinate states to the Federals are against it and prepared to take it all the way if necessary. (B.O. is likely to appeal upwards.) That in itself -- that 50% of the states oppose -- is worthy of utter shame to any incumbent in the White House. But that's assuming the man really cares about shame and has an understanding of it. Take a look at the details.
